This mild salsa will have your taste buds singing notes of satisfaction while they attempt to decipher those tart intermittent flavors.


  • 2 green bell peppers (diced)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/2 red onion (diced)
  • 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
  • 10 dill hamburger pickles
  • fresh cilantro


Start by bringing out a big bowl to throw all of your chopped up veggies into.

Chop and dice the green pepper, tomatoes and red onion. Throw them all into the large bowl. Next, finely dice your jalapeño leaving the seeds out of the concoction. Take about 10 dill hamburger pickles out of the pickle jar and finely dice those and add to the rest of your vegetables. Lastly, tear up a pinch or two of cilantro and add to the top of the fresh salsa. Now mix everything together and keep refrigerated until ready to use!
